Paper Flip Scrapbook Layouts |
![]() |
S ometimes in Scrapbooking you have a pretty piece of 12 X 12 paper, but want to use that one sheet of paper on a two page scrapbook layout spread. I am sharing 3 ways you can make a two page scrapbook layout with two sheets of white 12 X 12 card stock and one sheet of two sided 12 X 12 print paper.
From your print paper make the following cuts:
One - 4 X 12
One - 6 1/2 X 12
Two - 3/4 X 12
Adhere the 4 X 12 piece at edge of one of your 12 X 12 white card stock. Adhere a 3/4 strip next to strip already on page.
Adhere the 6 1/2 piece at edge of one of your 12 X 12 white card stock. Adhere a 3/4 strip next to strip already on page.
Make the following paper cuts to your 12 X 12 print paper:
Two - 4 X 12
Four - 1 X 12
Adhere one of your 1 X 12 strips across white card stock 1/2 inch from side of paper. Adhere a 4 X12 next to this 1X 12 strip. Adhere another 1 X12 strip next to your 4 X12 strip.
Repeat on your other white 12 X 12 card stock.
You can lay this design so that one strip is going across both pages (as in picture here) or so strips are perpendicular (as in picture at beginning of post)
Cut your 12 X 12 print paper in four 6 X 6 squares.
Cut each of these squares on diagonal across square so you now have 8 triangle.
Adhere 1 triangle in corner of 12 X 12 whisper white card stock. Put a triangle in each corner, making sure that same side of print is not next to each other.
Repeat with your other sheet of Whisper White paper.
You can put the two pieces of Whisper White together so same patterns are next to each other as pictured or so opposite prints are next to each other.
