A beautiful paper, with a unique shape, and a bit of bling makes for a beautiful card.
Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

Card Base: Cut Soft Suede paper 4 1/4 X 8 1/2, fold in half. Your card base is a square measuring 4 1/4 X 4 1/4.
Card Mat: Cut Blushing Bride 4 1/8 X 4 1/8.
Card Front: Cut Petal Promenade paper 4 X 4.
Attach Blushing Bride mat to card front.
Attach Petal Promenade to card mat.

Stamp sentiment with Blushing Bride ink on Whisper White paper. Cut out with layering circle die cut.
Cut Blushing Bride circle that is slightly larger than white circle.
Cut out Soft Suede circle with Stitched Shape circle that is larger than Blushing Bride circle.
Adhere circles to each other.
Adhere circles to top of card, making sure your card is not longer than 5 1/2 inches, this makes sure your card will fit in envelope.
Adhere pink rhinestone to white circle.
