T he Wood Textures paper is a great neutral that goes with anything. In this card, I paired it with Very Vanilla and Fresh Fig to make a sympathy card.

Project Recipe:

Card Base: Cut 8 ½ X 11 Crumb Cake paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Very Vanilla paper 1/8 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Wood Textures paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
Adhere Very Vanilla mat to card front.
Adhere Wood Textures paper to Very Vanilla mat. -
I adhered Multipurpose Adhesive sheet to the back of each of these papers before die-cutting the pieces, it makes so much easier to attach to card front.
Cut sprig with die cut from Petals & More thinlits from Very Vanilla paper.
Cut decorative strip with die cut from Petals & More thinlits from Fresh Fig paper.
Adhere spring to card front. Adhere decorative strip at bottom of sprig on card front.

Stamp With Sympathy using Fresh Fig ink on scrap of Very Vanilla.
Die cut banner piece with die cut from Petals & More thinlits. Attach this piece with dimensionals to card front.
