T his card would be a great birthday card, it would also be a fun graduation card.
Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

Card Base: Cut 8 ½ X 11 Tranquil Tide paper in half lengthwise. You now have two pieces 4 ¼ X 11. Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Mat: Cut Night of Navy paper 4 X 5 ¼
Card Front pieces:
Cut eyeglass print paper 3 1/2 X 3 3/4
Cut print paper 1 1/2 X 3 3/4 -
Adhere eye glass print paper to Night of Navy paper, leaving a border of Night of Navy on top and side.
Below this adhere print paper to Navy paper, leaving a border of Night of Navy on side and bottom.
Adhere Tranquil Tide ribbon to card front where the two print papers meet, wrap ribbon around the back of the Night of Navy paper.
Adhere Night of Navy piece to card front.

Stamp image on Very Vanilla paper with Tranquil Tide ink.
Fussy cut this image.
Punch a piece of Tranquil Tide with Tailored Tag punch.
Adhere the fussy cut piece to Tranquil Tide punched piece.
Use Stampin' dimensionals to attach to card front over ribbon.
