T his is an easy and adorable baby card. You can color the baby's romper any color you want. I have made some with a yellow color also.

Project Recipe:

Card Base: Cut Whisper White 8 ½ X 11 paper in half lengthwise. You now have two pieces 4 ¼ X 11. Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut cloud paper from Myths & Magic paper pack 4 X 5 ¼
Card Overlay: Cut Vellum paper 4 X 5 1/2

Score vellum 1/4 in from top
Stamp Moon Baby image on Vellum. You can either let this alone for a bit to dry or hit with your heat gun on lowest setting for just seconds to dry the stamped image.
Fold vellum along score line with fold going to back of vellum paper.
Color romper with SU marker on back of stamped vellum paper.

Place folded edge of vellum over top of cloud paper. I used tear & tape to attach folded edge to back of cloud paper. Run a row of adhesive near the bottom of cloud paper (check picture to see where washi tape is placed).
Vellum is now attached at back of cloud paper & near bottom of cloud paper. Place washi tape over vellum wrapping around the back of card front. This hides adhesive holding vellum to card front.
Adhere cloud card front to whisper white card base.
