card base: cut 8 1/2 X 11 piece in half to make card base

cut whisper white to 3 3/4 X 5

stamp with Work of Art large brush stroke stamp with Bermuda Bay. Stamp, then 2nd generation stamp (stamp without re-inking). Repeat down the card.

stamp birthday sentiment with stamp from Cycle Celebration with black Stazon ink

emboss front of card with Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder

Wrap silver ribbon around whisper white card piece; make a bow.

add 3 rhinestones to front of card

attach whisper white piece to card base
