Waves of Inspiration Birthday card

Have you played with products in the Waves of the Ocean suite? They are amazing. I used dies, stamps, & papers from Waves of the Ocean and just added the Seashells embossing folder,

Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Pacific Point paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut 3 pieces each 1 ⅝ X 3 ⅞ from the Waves of the Ocean paper pack.
Attach the 3 pieces to the Pacific Point card mat. Emboss the card mat with the Seashells embossing folder.

Die cut the smaller label from Basic White with die from the Waves Die set. Stamp Happy Birthday sentiment from Waves of Inspiration stamp set with Pacific Point ink on the white label. Cut 6” of silver cord from Simply Elegant Trim. Insert cord through openings at end of the stamped label with cord going behind the stamped label. Attach the label to the embossed card front with Stampin Dimensionals. Wrap the cord to the back of the embossed card front and attach to the back of the card front with tear & tape.

Attach the card front to the Night of Navy card base.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
