So Very Merry - Angel Card

So Very Merry has some great images all ready for you to color. If you prefer not to color, this is a way to used stamped images that don’t need coloring.

Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼. Emboss the card mat with the Basics Crosshatch embossing folder. Attach the embossed card front to the Navy card base.

Card Front: Cut a 3 X 3 piece from the blue watercolor wash print paper from Bright & Brilliant papers. Stamp angel circle image from So Very Merry stamp set with Night of Navy ink. Use the 2 ⅜ punch to punch out your stamped image.

Die cut or punch a circle from Vellum Basics that is just larger than your stamped, punched circle. Use a larger circle die from Stylish Shapes to cut a circle from Navy Soft Shimmer paper. Attach the stamped circle to the vellum circle with dimensionals, put adhesive on back of the vellum circle behind the stamped circle and attach to the Navy Soft Shimmer paper. Attach the 3 circles to the embossed card mat.

Add 3 Iridescent rhinestones to the card front.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
