Send a Card Instead of a Text

Have you seen the great sentiments in the Flowing Flowers stamp set? I love the font and there a number of sentiments I will use for a variety of cards, my favorite sentiment in the set is the one I used on this card front.

Card Base: Cut Misty Moonlight 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic Black paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut print paper 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach card front to card mat. Attach these to the card base.

Stamp sentiment with Misty Moonlight ink on white tag cut from the Tailor Made Tags dies. Cut 4” of Pale Papaya ribbon, insert through opening in tag and tie. Attach the tag to the card front with dimensionals. Add 3 Genial Gems to the tag.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment with Misty Moonlight. Cut a piece of print paper ½ X 5 ¼, attach to the top of the card insert. Attach card insert inside of your card.
