Santa Express Christmas card

Santa Express paper pack does all the work for this card. The Santa Delivery bundle includes a stamp set with sentiments perfect for this paper. The dies include pieces that cut out images from the paper pack.

Card Base: Cut Poppy Parade 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp sentiment from Santa’s Delivery stamp set with Poppy Parade ink in the upper right hand corner of the card mat.

Card Front: Cut Basic Black paper 3 ⅛ X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of the background paper from Santa Express paper pack 3 X 5 ¼. Attach the print paper to the Basic Black paper so that a little of the black shows top and bottom of the print paper.

I used die cuts from Santa’s Train Dies to cut the train pieces from the print papers in the Santa Express paper pack.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.

I stamped the train image from the Santa’s Delivery stamp set on the front of the envelope. I used Poppy Parade ink. If you want to color the train, stamp it in black ink.
