Let’s Go Fishing Birthday Card

Let’s Go Fishing paper pack has so many great papers and color combinations. I would not have put Wild Wheat and Misty Moonlight together until I used this paper.

Card Base: Cut Wild Wheat 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Misty Moonlight paper 4 X 5 ¼. Emboss with the Twisted Rope Embossing folder. Attach to the Wild Wheat card base.

Card Front: Cut Basic White 3 ¼ X 4 ½. Use the Deckled Rectangle die that measures 2 ⅞ X 3 ¼ to cut two piece of Let’s Go Fishing paper pack.

Stamp sentiment from Wildlife Wonder with Misty Moonlight ink in the center of the Basic White piece. Attach a die cut piece of the Let’s Go Fishing paper above and below the stamped sentiment with dimensionals. Add three 2023-2025 In Color Dots near the stamped sentiment.

Attach the card front to the embossed card mat.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from Wildlife Wonder with Misty Moonlight ink before attaching this piece inside your card.
