The paper pack may be called He’s the Man, but this birthday card is great for anyone who loves camping.
Card Base: Cut Early Espresso 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.
Card Front: Cut Camper print paper from the He’s The Man paper pack 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Cut that piece 4” from bottom, flip the small piece over.
Attach these two pieces centered on the white card mat (see picture of card front for reference). Attach the white card mat with card front pieces attached to the Early Espresso card base.
Use All That Dies to cut two Mint Macaron banner pieces and one white rectangle. Attach the Mint Macaron banner pieces where the two card front pieces meet on the card mat. The banner pieces should be at each end, the white rectangle will cover the gap.
Stamp the white rectangle with Happy Birthday sentiment from the Lovely & Lasting stamp set using Early Espresso ink. Attach the stamped rectangle on the card front over the Mint Macaron banner pieces. Add 3 Rustic Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dot.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
