Flowering Zinnias + Sweetly Scripted
The Flowering Zinnias paper is beautiful, pair it with the Sweetly Scripted stamp set and you make wonderful cards.
Card Base: Cut Melon Mambo 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Lemon Lime Twist paper 4 X 5 ¼.
Card Front: Cut Basic White 3 ¾ X 5. Stamp sentiment from Sweetly Scripted stamp set with Melon Mambo ink at the bottom of the Basic White piece.
Cut Flowering Zinnias paper 2 ¾ X 5. Attach to the top of the stamped Basic White card front.
Cut a strip of Melon Mambo ½ X 5. Emboss this piece with Basics - Cross Hatch embossing folder. Attach over the bottom edge of the Flowering Zinnias print.
Add 3 Adhesive Backed Shiny Sequins near stamped image.
Attach card front to the Melon Mambo card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 5 ¼. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
Envelope Flap: Cut print paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
Same card with different color card stock - Gorgeous Grape in place of the Melon Mambo and Highland Heather in place of the Lemon Lime Twist.
